Free Range Content Unveils Repost.Us Instant Content Syndication and Monetization.

Free Range Content, Inc. announced that publishers and content creators can now instantly monetize their digital work and automate online syndication using Repost.Us, a new web-based platform.

According to a release, launching in beta, Repost.Us provides new revenue streams for publishers and 24/7 access to a range of content for syndicators. By removing the human element from managing syndication rights and monetization, Repost.Us extends the reach and revenue of original content, and ensures the integrity and proper attribution of online assets.

The Fair Syndication Consortium reports that over 75 percent of sites that copy content from other sites would be willing to pay for that content. They also state that more than 75,000 websites have used unlicensed content at least once and an average of three times per month.

"The Internet is no longer simply about bringing traffic to your site. Content needs to be portable and go where the readers are, which requires the ability to distribute or post any article, from any site, in a matter of a few clicks," said John Pettitt, CEO of Free Range Content, Inc. "Repost.Us is for everyone who creates original online content - from individual bloggers to major media companies. It costs money to create quality content, and with Repost.Us, there is now an easy way to get a better return on that investment through instant, monetized syndication."

"We put a great deal of work into creating quality content at Spot.Us, and we're excited to bring that content to more readers through the Repost.Us instant syndication platform," added David Cohn, founder and director of Spot.Us.

Repost.Us has a roster of media and publishing partners including:

-Worldcrunch.com - a site that selects and translates into English exclusive global journalism from such publications as Die Welt, Le Monde and La Stampa. Worldcrunch is participating to increase readership and site traffic through syndication.

-EDGE Media Network - a network for local Gay, Lesbian Bisexual and Transgender (GLBT) news and information in the world, serving over 1 million dedicated readers online and on their mobile platforms.

-Spot.Us - a community powered journalism site that supports independent reporters across the country.

-Fansided.com - the network of 170 plus sports blogs for die-hard fans.
