Fed: No new deaths National Toll still 19

The national road toll has risen to 20, with another fatality being reported on New
South Wales roads.

It brings the New South Wales toll for the holiday period to 13 with the death of a
34-year-old man early today.

A Lake Cargelligo man was killed instantly and his passenger suffered serious injuries
when their car crashed into a tree at Cudal near Orange in the state's central west.





Victoria and Western Australia have each recorded one death, Queensland three and South
Australia two.

Police have again pleaded with motorists to slow down and take rest breaks.
