Qld: Supporters to rally for Hanson outside prison
Supporters of jailed former One Nation leader PAULINE HANSON will hold a weekend vigiloutside the Brisbane prison where she's being held.
Long-time family friend GEOFF WALKDEN says he expected hundreds of people to rallyoutside the Brisbane Women's Prison at Wacol tomorrow and Sunday.
Mr WALKDEN will arrive at the prison at noon (AEST) tomorrow, and he's heard rumourssome people might start their vigil tonight.
HANSON learned today she'll have to spend at least another weekend in jail after ajudge reserved a decision on her bail application.
HANSON and One Nation co-founder DAVID ETTRIDGE applied for bail in the Brisbane SupremeCourt, pending the outcome of their appeals against a three-year conviction for electoralfraud.
They'll have to wait until Monday or Tuesday for a decision.
